From I-90 (coming from either direction), take Bellevue Way Exit.  Turn right at the second light, which is 112th Ave S.E.  Then take the first right into the Bellefield Office Park.  Go over the little bridge and turn left at the stop sign.  Then make an immediate left into the parking area of the Careage Building.  Then go into the building and go to the right to Suite 100.

From I-405 (coming from either direction), take the S.E. 8th Exit, then go west on S.E. 8th.  Go through the two intersections and then get in the left lane and turn left into the Bellefield Office Park.  The Careage Building is the fifth building on the right.  Then go into the building and go the right to Suite 100.
